How long does it take to build a website?
Most Starter and Business sites are ready for your review within one to two weeks after we receive your text, photos and logo.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, photos and the basic information about your business and services. On the Business plan, we help write the page copy for you.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your business’s name. We manage the settings for you, but it’s always yours.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild an outdated site, keep your domain and email working during the switch, and redirect old pages so you don’t lose search traffic.
Why is there a monthly Website Care plan?
Websites need secure hosting, SSL certificates, backups and occasional updates. Website Care covers all of that, plus up to 30 minutes of edits each month, for one predictable price.
Can you fix my business email at the same time?
Yes, and we recommend it. Every site includes an SPF, DKIM and DMARC check, and we can move you to Microsoft 365 if needed. Check your domain free.
Do you build online stores?
We can. Online stores, booking systems and larger sites are quoted separately based on what you need.
