Common questions
Will we lose email during a migration?
No. Migrations are planned so mail keeps flowing, and the final cutover is usually done after hours.
Can you manage our licenses?
Yes. We can manage licensing directly or review your current subscriptions and recommend the right plan for each user.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
Not always. Premium adds valuable security features like Intune and conditional access. We’ll tell you whether it’s worth it for your situation.
Do you back up Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps your service running, but it isn’t a full backup. We can add a dedicated Microsoft 365 backup so deleted or encrypted mail and files can be restored.
