Managed IT services for small businesses
Your outsourced IT department for one predictable monthly price. We monitor, maintain, secure and support your technology so problems get fixed before your team notices them.
An IT department without the overhead
Most businesses with 2 to 100 employees can’t justify a full-time IT person, but they still depend on computers, email and the network every hour of the day. Managed IT fills that gap. You get a dedicated partner who knows your setup, keeps it healthy in the background and picks up the phone when something goes wrong.
Instead of paying by the hour after something breaks, you pay a flat monthly price based on your team and devices. That puts our incentives in line with yours: the fewer problems you have, the better we’re doing our job.

Signs you’ve outgrown “call someone when it breaks”
Problems keep coming back
The same slow computer, flaky Wi-Fi or printer issue gets patched up every few weeks but never actually fixed.
IT lives in one person’s head
An office manager or a relative “does the IT,” passwords are scattered and nothing is written down.
You can’t predict the bill
Hourly invoices show up after every emergency, so budgeting for IT is guesswork.
Security is a question mark
You aren’t sure whether backups work, whether MFA is on, or what you’d do after a ransomware attack.
Insurance is asking questions
Your cyber-insurance renewal wants details about MFA, EDR and backups that you can’t answer confidently.
You’re growing
New hires, a second location or remote staff are making the old setup creak.
Clear monthly pricing, quoted up front
Every plan starts with a free assessment of your computers, network, email and security. You get a plain-English report and a fixed monthly quote based on your number of users and devices, plus any one-time cleanup needed to get things healthy.
Plans are month-to-month after onboarding. If a managed plan isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so and help on a project or as-needed basis instead.
Common questions
What’s the difference between managed IT and break-fix?
Break-fix means you call and pay by the hour after something breaks. Managed IT is a flat monthly service that includes monitoring, maintenance, security and support, so most problems are prevented or caught early.
Do you replace our existing IT person?
Not necessarily. We often work alongside an in-house person, handling monitoring, security and escalations so they can focus on your business. This is sometimes called co-managed IT.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Managed plans are month-to-month after onboarding.
How quickly can we get started?
Usually within a week or two of the assessment. Onboarding happens in the background without disrupting your team.
