IT projects & break-fix support

Not ready for a managed plan? We take on one-time work at a clear, fixed project price, with no long-term commitment.

Overview

One-time work, done properly

Some businesses need ongoing IT management. Others just need a specific job done right: moving offices, replacing a batch of computers, migrating email or untangling a setup that grew without a plan.

We scope each project up front, give you a fixed price and a timeline, and document everything when we’re finished so you aren’t dependent on anyone’s memory.

Typical projects

  • Office moves & new office buildouts
  • Computer replacements & rollouts
  • Email & data migrations
  • Windows upgrades & replacements
  • Wi-Fi & network upgrades
  • IT cleanup & documentation
  • Security assessments & hardening
  • Hourly break-fix support
  • Second-opinion IT assessments
How projects work

Clear scope, fixed price

Scope

We walk through what you need, look at your current setup and identify anything that could cause surprises.

Quote

You get a written, fixed-price quote with a timeline. No open-ended hourly billing.

Deliver & document

We do the work with minimal disruption, often after hours, and hand you documentation when it’s done.

Office moves

Moving or opening an office?

Bring us in early. Internet service can take weeks to install, and cabling is far cheaper before walls are closed. We coordinate the ISP, design the network and Wi-Fi, move and reconnect equipment, and make sure everyone can work on day one.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you charge hourly or by project?

Most projects are quoted at a fixed price. Small break-fix jobs are billed hourly, and we’ll tell you the rate before starting.

Can a project lead to ongoing support?

Only if you want it. Many clients start with a project and later move to a managed plan, but there’s no obligation.

How far ahead should we plan an office move?

Ideally 60 to 90 days, mainly because new internet circuits can take several weeks to install.
