IT support for warehouses & logistics

When the scanners drop, the label printers jam or the internet goes down, the trucks stop moving. We keep warehouse technology running so orders keep shipping.

Overview

IT that keeps the dock moving

Warehouses are hard on technology. Metal racking, high ceilings and dense inventory block Wi-Fi, handheld scanners get dropped and passed between shifts, and thermal label printers and shipping stations have to work every single time.

We understand how a warehouse floor and its office connect: the WMS or ERP, the handhelds and printers that feed it, the carrier shipping software, and the internet connection everything depends on. We design and support that whole chain, and we own the problem until it’s fixed instead of pointing at another vendor.

Whether you run a single warehouse or an office plus a distribution site, you get one IT partner accountable for all of it.

What we support

  • Warehouse Wi-Fi design for handheld scanners
  • Rugged handhelds & mobile computers

  • Separate networks for cameras, time clocks & guests
  • Shared shift-worker devices & accounts
  • Office-to-warehouse network buildouts
Why warehouses call us

Problems we solve on the warehouse floor

Scanner dropouts

Handhelds that disconnect in certain aisles or at the back of the building. A proper wireless survey and access points placed for racking and ceiling height fix it for good.

Label printer failures

Misprints, offline printers and driver issues that hold up outbound orders. We standardize, configure and monitor them.

Internet outages

If the internet goes down, so does the WMS, carrier software and EDI. Backup internet with automatic failover keeps orders shipping.

Vendor finger-pointing

The WMS vendor blames the network, the ISP blames the equipment. We take ownership and work with each vendor until it’s resolved.

Ransomware risk

Logistics companies are frequent ransomware targets because downtime is so costly. EDR, MFA and tested backups limit the damage.

New buildings & expansions

Moving into a new facility or adding a building? We plan internet, cabling, Wi-Fi and dock-door coverage before move-in day.

Inland Empire

Supporting the region’s distribution hub

Riverside County is one of the largest warehousing and logistics markets in the country. We provide onsite support across Riverside and San Diego Counties, including Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Perris, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Corona and Escondido, plus remote support for sites anywhere in the U.S.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you fix Wi-Fi dead zones for our scanners?

Yes. We survey the building, account for racking, ceiling height and inventory, and design access point placement and roaming settings for handheld scanners rather than laptops.

Do you support Zebra and Honeywell devices?

We set up and support rugged handhelds and thermal label printers from the major manufacturers, including Wi-Fi configuration, printer setup and driver issues, and we coordinate with your WMS vendor on application settings.

Our warehouse runs multiple shifts. How does support work?

We monitor systems around the clock, schedule maintenance outside your shift hours, and set up your systems so a single failure doesn’t stop the floor. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and urgent issues should be called in directly.

Can you help with a new warehouse buildout?

Yes. Bring us in early so internet service, cabling and Wi-Fi are ready on move-in day. See IT projects.
